They present their thoughts in straightforward, forty-five-minute talks, and then they entertain any questions from the audience. These talks are well suited for the college classroom, civic groups, or business enterprises where concerned citizens want to better understand America’s security posture.

Jay Hood
Major General Hood (U.S. Army-Retired) is a Distinguished Military Graduate of Pittsburg State University and was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in 1975.
Throughout his career he served in numerous command and staff assignments in Europe, the 82d Airborne Division at Ft Bragg, NC, and the Middle East.

Karl Horst
Major General Horst (U. S. Army-Retired) is a graduate of the United States Army Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as an Infantry officer in 1978. During his career he served in tactical assignments with the 3rd Infantry Division, the 9th Infantry Division, and the 82nd Airborne Division.
