Gen Jay Hood recently spoke at our YPO retreat. He was hands down a 12/10.  He was warned that he would be speaking on a boat or outdoors with no visual equipment and he came more than prepared, with laminated boards. General Hood’s address was captivating, so informative and despite the seriousness of the topic, he included humor and engaged the audience by making an effort to personally connect. He spoke about a sensitive and difficult subject with ease and clarity and focused on presenting facts in a non-biased manner.  We all thoroughly enjoyed his presentation.
